Virginia-Lee Webb, Ph.D., AAA is a Certified Member of The Appraisers Association of America and has successfully completed a 15-hour course and examination on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Congressionally recognized set of appraisal standards promulgated by The Appraisal Foundation. She completed the full course with the examination in July 2009, with biannual updates and is currently compliant through January 18, 2026. Dr. Webb provides appraisals of the traditional arts of Africa and the Pacific, as well as related archives and photograph collections. She prepares appraisals for insurance, charitable donations, estates, and equitable distribution.
